Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also order as a guest.

However, if you have an account with us, you will benefit from the following advantages:

  • Faster checkout process
  • Easy viewing of your order status and order history
  • Receive updates on new products and special promotions

What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”.

You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What should I do if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us – we can change your email address.

We can update your email address, name, and shipping address,

but not your already submitted order.

Are there exchange rates?

All our transactions are in US dollars.

If your credit card is in another currency, the order amount will be converted at the daily exchange rate applied by your card issuer when processing the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online with your credit card, all details are entered on an SSL‑protected website.

Your information is SSL‑encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.

Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order at any time after receipt, at our sole discretion – even after the customer has received an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized.

If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

Any cancellation after order placement is subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount – regardless of how soon after ordering the cancellation is made.

Reason: Payment providers charge us fees for cancellations.

Please note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do I set my delivery address?

Since our website and service are in English, all input (including punctuation) must be in English.

If your address contains non‑English characters, please use similar English letters.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.

Please provide your residential address, not a holiday address – we cannot control how long customs authorities hold a package.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information the next day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking details by email.

Normally, you will receive the tracking number one day after your order has been shipped.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Discount and promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

What should I do if items are missing?

If items are missing, please contact us immediately.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China.

During holidays and sales periods, please allow additional processing time.

We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt and shipped the following day.

No shipping takes place on weekends.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 5 business days, please contact us.

How will my order be shipped?

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service will review the request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

A list of final‑sale items can be found in our Return Policy.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with intact packaging.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

All return shipping costs and other additional expenses are borne by the customer.

What should I do if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you have received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and all relevant notes.

We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How long does the return process take?

Return processing can take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the item.

Once the return has been processed, we will confirm this by email.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.

For questions about the timing of the credit, please contact your bank.

If you have not yet received a credit: contact your bank / credit card company.

It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
